Now for today's project, I used the Painted Autumn Suite from our new Holiday Catalog. Can I tell you how much I LOVE this suite? It's just absolutely amazing for this time of year. I made 4 different cards to go into one of our new Acetate Card Boxes to have as a simple gift to give. I love how this turned out and it is just so easy to put together!
For this card, I really wanted to focus on the Painted Harvest Stamp Set. I LOVE how it turned out! This is the card that I demonstrated in my video so I won't go too much into how I made it but lets just say it's super easy and absolutely GORGEOUS!
This one and card #3 are SO simple! All I did was take a piece of the amazing DSP in this suite and and used that as my background. I then took our Stitched Shapes Framelits and cut out the 2 largest ovals. I then took one of the sentiments from the same stamp set and that was it! So easy but it looks so amazing!
This one I pretty much did the same thing as #2 but used the squares instead of ovals. I did take a leaf stamp and stamped on the larger square just to give it a little more texture in the background. I also used the sentiment from the Colorful Seasons stamp set just to mix it up a little!
Okay this one might very easily be my favorite card! All I did was take one of the circles from the Layering Circles Framelits and traced a circle on the paper with a pencil.
Next, I took the leaf image from the Painted Harvest stamp set and started to stamp a wreath using the penciled circle as a guide. I used Wild Wasabi and Garden Green to create more texture but that is totally optional.
I added a greeting from the Colorful Seasons stamp set and an adorable heart from the Corrugated Elements embellishments which finished the card and made it absolutely adorable!
Last but not least, I put all of the cards into one of our adorable Acetate Card Boxes and used some DSP, a Lace Doily and a stitched shape with a sentiment to make a belly band around the box.
Super easy projects that are amazing to have on hand as a quick little gift for any occasion!
