Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to make my item?
Since we put a touch of magic into every piece we make, production of your handcrafted piece is up to one week. Special requests may add additional production time but don’t worry, we’ll make sure you know what that looks like.
Is everything customizable?
It is! From wording, to colors, to shape and design, we love custom work!
Do you accept returns?
All personalized and custom items are final sale. We do our best to provide that magic touch to your home and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to find a solution.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely! We love going above and beyond to help take the perfect gift to the next level! Leave us a note and we’ll help make sure your item is ready to give right out of the box!
Can I see what my custom item will look like before you make it?
We can send you a proof of your piece prior to production. This is sent based on request only so make sure to leave a note and we’ll get you a sneak peek!
Custom and bulk orders may need extra production time beyond my standard one week. I'll always let you know what that looks like before we get started, so reach out early if you have a date in mind.
